This role focuses on ensuring system requirements are properly defined, tested, validated, and delivered in accordance with customer and program expectations.<\/p>\n<p>The position supports aircraft and mission system upgrade programs involving advanced communications, radar, avionics, weapons, and digital infrastructure technologies. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with engineering, test, certification, and customer-facing teams throughout the system development lifecycle. <\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, decompose, and allocate system requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform system architecture, design, analysis, and synthesis activities.<\/li>\n<li>Execute verification and validation (V&amp;V) efforts to ensure requirements are satisfied.<\/li>\n<li>Support commercial and military certification activities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct system analysis and project engineering activities, including risk and issue management.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and participate in technical reviews, customer meetings, and cross-functional engineering discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop engineering artifacts such as architecture models, requirements databases, specifications, and technical reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development and execution of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall engineering quality and process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Occasional travel may be required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of systems engineering or related technical experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with system architecture development and modeling tools such as:\n<ul>\n<li>CAMEO<\/li>\n<li>Rhapsody<\/li>\n<li>Similar MBSE tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience with requirements management tools such as:\n<ul>\n<li>IBM DOORS<\/li>\n<li>DOORS NG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience performing verification and validation (V&amp;V) activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of related experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>Requirements development<\/li>\n<li>ICD development<\/li>\n<li>Systems integration<\/li>\n<li>Test planning and execution<\/li>\n<li>Risk and opportunity management<\/li>\n<li>Technical design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting laboratory, ground, or flight testing.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with commercial or military certification processes.<\/li>\n<li>INCOSE certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Background<\/h3>\n<p>Candidates with experience in the following industries are highly desirable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aerospace<\/li>\n<li>Defense<\/li>\n<li>Military Aviation<\/li>\n<li>Government Contracting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Systems Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)<\/li>\n<li>SysML<\/li>\n<li>CAMEO<\/li>\n<li>Rhapsody<\/li>\n<li>IBM DOORS \/ DOORS NG<\/li>\n<li>Requirements Management<\/li>\n<li>Verification &amp;
