This position combines customer service, administrative coordination, and light accounting responsibilities while offering excellent exposure to the property management industry. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of customer service, administrative, accounting, or real estate experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Greater Boston Area<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: In-office<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Not Required<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include processing rental applications and resident documentation; maintaining tenant accounts and supporting rent collection activities; responding to resident inquiries and coordinating resolution of property-related issues; entering and maintaining accurate records within company systems; assisting with leasing, administrative, and operational functions; collaborating with property managers, accounting, and legal teams; and providing professional customer service to residents and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service and communication skills; excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy; proficiency with Microsoft Office; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience with accounting, billing, AP\/AR, or administrative tasks;
