This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting secure file transfer technologies, automation initiatives, and platform governance who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues and driving operational efficiencies.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have experience with managed file transfer platforms, secure data exchange protocols, Linux and Windows administration, and workflow automation. A strong focus on security, compliance, and continuous improvement is essential.<\/p>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2+ years of experience supporting file transfer technologies such as SFTP, EDI, MFT, AS2, FTPS, and HTTPS.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Cleo Harmony, Varonis, or similar governance, compliance, and file management platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of workflow automation, API integrations, and system-to-system data transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong foundation in Linux and Windows Server administration.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms such as Cleo, GoAnywhere, MOVEit, Ipswich, Axway, or similar solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using file transfer clients such as FileZilla and WinSCP.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Linux command line utilities and PowerShell scripting.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of file-sharing protocols including SMB\/CIFS and NFS.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud storage technologies, including S3-based environments.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of file server and NAS administration.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, ports, firewalls, routing, switching, and load balancing.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SSL\/TLS certificates, SSH keys, certificate authorities, encryption standards, and security best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with virtualization and container technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of authentication and identity management technologies, including Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Bash, PowerShell, Java, or other scripting languages.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Oracle or SQL database administration.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments, including PCI or similar governance frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer and support enterprise file transfer platforms across Linux and Windows environments.<\/li>\n<li>Perform platform maintenance activities including upgrades, patching, and system monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Manage file transfer accounts, access controls, security settings, and governance processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support secure data movement solutions, application integrations, and automation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot file transfer failures, connectivity issues, and data movement problems.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external business partners to ensure secure and reliable integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Support security hardening efforts and maintain compliance with organizational standards.<\/li>\n<li>Develop automation solutions, reporting capabilities, and monitoring processes to improve platform visibility and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement process improvements that increase platform reliability, scalability, and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Desired Soft Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting
