This team is responsible for issuing benefit payments to customers and partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Responsibilities include claims investigation, payment processing, records management, fraud prevention, and eligibility verification. The department is dedicated to delivering a positive customer experience through effective communication, quality assurance, and sound risk assessment practices.<\/p>\n
