This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys ownership of the payroll process, values accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment!<\/p>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process biweekly multi-state payroll for approximately 250 employees with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and other payroll updates.<\/li>\n<li>Review payroll data, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefit-related transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a resource for employee payroll questions and provide exceptional internal customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare payroll and labor reports for leadership, Accounting, and Human Resources.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with a Payroll Manager and Payroll Specialists to support ongoing payroll operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of payroll processing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience processing multi-state payrolls preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax withholdings, garnishments, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.
