This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven higher education institution and play a key role in supporting the Advancement team through database management, project coordination, reporting, and donor data stewardship. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and hands-on experience with Raiser&#8217;s Edge. This role is 15 hours per week and is 100% remote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary administrator for Raiser&#8217;s Edge and related advancement systems.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of donor, alumni, prospect, and constituent records.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement database standards, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Manage data imports, exports, constituent updates, and record audits.<\/li>\n<li>Create and distribute fundraising, donor engagement, campaign, and alumni relations reports.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Advancement leadership to support annual giving, major gifts, campaigns, stewardship, and alumni engagement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage advancement-related projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with fundraising, alumni relations, finance, and leadership teams to identify reporting needs and data solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Track project milestones, priorities, and action items across multiple initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support gift processing workflows and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation practices.<\/li>\n<li>Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and data analytics to support fundraising strategy and decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Train staff on database best practices and system functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance data quality.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain documentation of procedures, workflows, and reporting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and advancement operations as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in advancement services, fundraising operations, database administration, project management, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Blackbaud Raiser&#8217;s Edge required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of donor databases, constituent management, and fundraising operations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Proven project management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting higher education, nonprofit, or development\/advancement organizations strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2hpYXQuODY0MzIuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1475462CHI_1790190055<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1475462CHI_1790190055\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Chicago, Illinois","_application":"chiat.86432.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-133293","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
