{"id":133311,"date":"2026-09-23T21:02:54","date_gmt":"2026-09-23T21:02:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/t1029383eg_1790197374-financial-accounting-analyst-radnor-pennsylvania\/"},"modified":"2026-09-23T23:17:42","modified_gmt":"2026-09-23T23:17:42","slug":"t1029383eg_1790197374-financial-accounting-analyst-radnor-pennsylvania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/t1029383eg_1790197374-financial-accounting-analyst-radnor-pennsylvania\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial Accounting Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/T1029383EG_1790197374\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties And Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists in preparing rate cases by providing general accounting assistance, analysis and forecasting of the need for and the timing of rate increases.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the preparation of base rate case minimum filing requirements as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the preparation of revenue and billing analysis, rate case support schedules, exhibits, testimonies, answers to interrogatories, and provides support for witness litigation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Interfaces with other departments to determine future rate case adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate regulatory filings.<\/li>\n<li>Supports Manager and the Regional Controller on potential acquisition due diligence including: financial modeling, valuation analysis, finance and accounting due diligence, tariff and rate design, expense analysis, presentation preparation, application preparation and original cost study filings.<\/li>\n<li>Supports Manager with the coordination, preparation, analysis and consolidation of annual operating budget.<\/li>\n<li>Interfaces with various business owners to complete annual operating budget.<\/li>\n<li>Supports Manager and the Regional Controller in the preparation, analysis, and submission of its strategic business plan.<\/li>\n<li>Tracks organization&#8217;s progress against financial goals.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain financial models, reports, variance analyses, ad hoc reports and other complex financial models.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously streamline work process by modifying and automating reports.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and administers training (as required) to internal stakeholders regarding capitalization, tax repair, and budgeting policies.<\/li>\n<li>Researches and performs comparative analyses of public utility issues.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in finance and general business.<\/li>\n<li>Collects and analyzes financial information.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciles accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other assignments as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in analytic problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform complex computer model development<\/li>\n<li>Advanced level of technical writing ability <\/li>\n<li>Strong intermediate to advanced ability with Microsoft Office suite: Word\u201a PowerPoint, Excel, Access and other technologies applicable to job<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with technology and re-evaluates process to increase efficiency, accuracy and appropriate level of documentation through the skilled application of technology tools;
