Required Skills:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2+ years of experience in an SDLC Project Manager role within a .Net environment.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated experience managing the SDLC across multiple applications<\/p>\n

Experience using Azure DevOps to track projects<\/p>\n

Proven experience working in a 100% Agile\/Scrum environment, including facilitating two\u2011week sprint cycles.<\/p>\n

Ability to review business and functional requirements and effectively assign work to development teams.<\/p>\n

Strong experience coordinating across cross\u2011functional teams, including developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Comfortable managing testing coordination with QA teams and preparing deliverables for stakeholder review.<\/p>\n

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.<\/p>\n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present updates and outcomes to non\u2011technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and follow\u2011through in a fast\u2011paced delivery environment.<\/p>\n

Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.<\/p>\n

High level of professionalism, including strong office etiquette and stakeholder awareness.<\/p>\n

Desired Skills: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience working with permitting, licensing, or regulatory functions.<\/p>\n

Description of Role\/Responsibilities\/Project: <\/span><\/strong>Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail oriented Project Manager to manage the full SDLC for multiple applications supporting our client within a fully Agile environment. The Project Manager will lead two\u2011week sprint cycles, including reviewing requirements, assigning work to development resources, coordinating with QA teams, and ensuring deliverables are prepared for stakeholder review. The position requires heavy cross\u2011functional coordination between developers, business partners, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and successful delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and consistent, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective under pressure. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-are essential to facilitate clear coordination, provide updates, and present outcomes to stakeholders. Prior experience working in an Agile\/Scrum environment and at least two years of project management or SDLC coordination experience are required.<\/p>\n
