{"id":133351,"date":"2026-09-24T14:24:31","date_gmt":"2026-09-24T14:24:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/tftl-1473855sl_1790259871-agile-project-manager-scrum-master-fort-lauderdale-florida\/"},"modified":"2026-09-25T18:43:29","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T18:43:29","slug":"tftl-1473855sl_1790259871-agile-project-manager-scrum-master-fort-lauderdale-florida","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/tftl-1473855sl_1790259871-agile-project-manager-scrum-master-fort-lauderdale-florida\/","title":{"rendered":"Agile Project Manager \/ Scrum Master"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/TFTL-1473855SL_1790259871\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Agile Project Manager \/ Scrum Master<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is a blend of <strong>Agile Project Management (60%)<\/strong> and <strong>Scrum Master responsibilities (40%)<\/strong> supporting in-house application development projects.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects through both <strong>Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies<\/strong>, leading Agile ceremonies, and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Agile Project Management (60%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones<\/li>\n<li>Provide concise executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates<\/li>\n<li>Track project resources and ensure proper allocation<\/li>\n<li>Support budget management and resource tracking<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>No vendor invoice or PO variance tracking required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively with multiple business groups and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Drive projects forward in environments with uncertainty and competing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Propose and implement process improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Scrum Master Responsibilities (40%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily standups<\/li>\n<li>Sprint planning<\/li>\n<li>Sprint reviews<\/li>\n<li>Sprint retrospectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Maintain and manage Jira boards and dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Track team metrics and sprint reporting<\/li>\n<li>Remove roadblocks and support Agile best practices<\/li>\n<li>Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading projects for <strong>in-house application development teams<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of both:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Traditional Waterfall project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and moving parts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)<\/strong> &#8211; Required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tools &amp; Technologies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jira &#8211; Required<\/li>\n<li>SharePoint &#8211; Required<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Project and\/or Smartsheet &#8211;
