Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve business problems using data.<\/p>\n

Experience writing custom queries and supporting ad hoc reporting requests from leadership and business stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality validation.<\/p>\n

Experience working with digital, product, web, application, or behavioral data.<\/p>\n

Ability to translate complex data findings into meaningful business insights for non-technical audiences.<\/p>\n

Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations.<\/p>\n

Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n

Self-starter who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of reporting and analytics initiatives.<\/p>\n

Description of Role\/Responsibilities\/Project:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Beacon Hill is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support a Digital Product organization focused on digital analytics, reporting, and customer experience insights. This individual will leverage SQL, Power BI, and data pipeline knowledge to develop dashboards, deliver ad hoc reporting, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business decisions. The role partners closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and leadership teams to analyze digital customer behavior, evaluate website and application performance, and support enterprise analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, hands-on dashboard development experience, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n
