A privately held manufacturing and distribution company in the Memphis, TN area is looking for an Accounting Manager to join its team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">In this role, you will oversee daily accounting operations, support and guide the accounting team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead month-end and year-end close activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who values both collaboration and accountability in a family-run business environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Complete monthly general ledger account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Prepare journal entries and support the accuracy of the general ledger.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Prepare and review monthly financial statements to ensure timely, accurate reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Partner with the Director of Finance on the year-end physical inventory count.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and prepare requested documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support cash applications, collections, and aging analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Review accounts receivable trends and recommend ways to improve cash flow and collections.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the accounting function.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assist with other accounting responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Finance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZW5hdC42NDI3NS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">F-928374 &#8211;
