The hiring process is simple: a brief phone conversation with the manager, and qualified candidates can often start within a day or two.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re partnering with a growing advertising company that&#8217;s gearing up for its busy season and looking for outgoing, dependable people who are comfortable talking with businesses over the phone.<\/p>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Make 100+ outbound calls per day to local businesses<\/li>\n<li>Follow a script and build rapport with decision makers<\/li>\n<li>Discuss advertising campaigns for nationally recognized brands<\/li>\n<li>Encourage businesses to participate in upcoming campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Track call activity and maintain accurate records<\/li>\n<li>Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service, call center, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and phone skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, confident, and able to jump in with minimal training<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude and willingness to work in a growing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Schedule &amp;
