This position will work closely with Project Managers and Directors across large, complex construction projects, helping coordinate timelines, documentation, outstanding action items, and communication between internal departments.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has previous project coordination experience within construction and has supported or been involved with <strong>large-scale construction projects valued at approximately $500MM or more<\/strong>. This is a coordinator-level opportunity and does not require candidates to have independently managed projects of this size.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to Project Managers and Construction leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project schedules, milestones, outstanding deliverables, and action items to help keep projects progressing on schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Use project management systems to track pending items and identify individuals or departments requiring follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable and other internal departments, to obtain updates and resolve outstanding items.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized and accurate construction documentation, correspondence, reports, and project records.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with project controls, invoice tracking, cost-related documentation, and general administrative activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate information and documentation across multiple stakeholders and project teams.<\/li>\n<li>Support construction safety, quality, compliance, and project closeout documentation as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong working relationships across departments and serve as a reliable point of coordination for the project team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction coordination, project controls, or construction project support.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working within a construction or project management environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting or working on large-scale construction projects valued at approximately $500MM+ is strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Project Managers, Construction Managers, Directors, or other project leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project schedules, milestones, documentation, and follow-up processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with project management or document-control systems such as Procore, ProjectTeam, or similar platforms is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with invoicing, Accounts Payable coordination, cost tracking, or contract documentation is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience within energy, renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC, or other major construction environments is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ideal Candidate<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assertive and comfortable proactively following up with multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Confident communicating across departments and building professional relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable asking questions and speaking up when information or action is needed.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to contribute from day one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YmVhY29uaGlsbGFzc29jaWF0ZXNkZW52ZXIuODA0MTAuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1475666_1790282038<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1475666_1790282038\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Denver, Colorado","_application":"beaconhillassociatesdenver.80410.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,539],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-133401","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
