This paralegal will handle the preparation and filing of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work from home two days a week.<\/p>\n<p>Successful immigration paralegal candidates will have at least three years of experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal, excellent technical and communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage critical deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing PERM, HI-B, TN, O-1, L and E applications and petitions<\/li>\n<li>Drafting responses<\/li>\n<li>Performing research<\/li>\n<li>Communicating regularly with USCIS, employers and government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Providing regular updates regarding cases status to all parties involved<\/li>\n<li>Helping with special projects when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This highly regarded firm offers excellent salary based on experience, paid parking, a generous benefits package including medical\/dental\/vision plans, annual bonus, 401K, generous PTO and more.
