This role will lead the firm&#8217;s lateral partner and attorney recruiting strategy, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and market mapping through onboarding and integration, while partnering closely with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in lateral partner recruiting within a large law firm environment and a proven ability to drive strategic hiring efforts. margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Extensive experience leading lateral partner recruiting initiatives, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Prior people management experience, including supervision or development of recruiting team members, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
