Friday<br \/><strong>Duration: <\/strong>Ongoing, with potential for direct hire conversion based on business needs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $100-$125\/hour, depending on experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle healthcare regulation, compliance, and risk management matters<\/li>\n<li>Assist with intellectual property and trademark matters, including trademarking logos<\/li>\n<li>Support a variety of legal matters in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with legal leadership on healthcare-related legal issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active California Bar license in good standing<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience as a healthcare attorney<\/li>\n<li>Experience with medical professional liability and\/or healthcare regulatory matters<\/li>\n<li>Experience with healthcare compliance and risk management matters preferred<\/li>\n<li>Prior in-house counsel experience is not required;
