This fully onsite assignment is expected to last a minimum of 30 days and may continue for up to 90 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative and litigation support to an attorney preparing for and participating in trial.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with case management, document organization, and trial-related materials.<\/li>\n<li>Support Professional Negligence and Product Liability matters, including medical malpractice cases.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain legal files, pleadings, correspondence, and case documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate deadlines and assist with litigation workflow in a fast-paced legal environment.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Litigation experience is required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting attorneys through trial preparation and trial proceedings is required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage confidential information professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal support software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday through Friday.<\/li>\n<li>Standard business hours.<\/li>\n<li>Fully onsite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greenville, SC 29601.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For immediate consideration, please submit your resume in Word format.
