In this role, you will support transportation and shipment activities while providing exceptional service to customers and carriers. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide shipment information and support customer and carrier inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Create and activate orders and shipments<\/li>\n<li>Build and assign loads<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointments and coordinate shipment details<\/li>\n<li>Track and trace shipments while ensuring timely updates<\/li>\n<li>Enter events and process invoicing activities<\/li>\n<li>Monitor task boards and assigned email inboxes<\/li>\n<li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes<\/li>\n<li>Validate and maintain accurate load data within company systems<\/li>\n<li>Follow through on requests to ensure customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<h3>Required<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED<\/li>\n<li>Previous customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited college or university<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Customer service experience in a call center or similar environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong prioritization and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Individuals who can manage multiple tasks and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment<\/li>\n<li>Candidates who value diversity, inclusion, and professional growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are looking for an opportunity to gain experience with a respected logistics organization while building valuable customer service and operations skills, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.
