Business Development Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Prospecting<\/strong>: Finding new business opportunities.<\/p>\n

Outbound marketing and sales strategies for qualified lead generation via e-mail, sequencing, phone, paid ad campaigns, social media, text, and online chat.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Lead qualification<\/strong>: Determining which leads are most promising.<\/p>\n

Determine the application, challenges, and priorities of inbound leads for routing to sales representatives through email and discovery calls.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Lead nurturing<\/strong>: Continuing to engage with leads<\/p>\n

Communicate and engage with leads to develop relationships, educate, and build value for qualified lead conversions on potential projects.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Scheduling meetings<\/strong>: Setting up meetings for sales representatives<\/p>\n

Transition of qualified leads to potential projects with account executives.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Social selling<\/strong>: Using social media to generate leads.<\/p>\n

Leverage social media to expand professional network, develop and maintain relationships, and nurture social media marketing and social selling.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Networking<\/strong>: Building relationships with businesses <\/p>\n

Building relationships with previous customers, potential opportunities, and ideal customer profiles for continued nurturing and education.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Strategy Development and Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n

Develop, cultivate, and nurture self-generated leads to strengthen outbound activity using a combination of outreach tools and systems including phone, email, social media, and customer relationship management (CRM).<\/p>\n

Work with account executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies, go-to-market (GTM), and account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.<\/p>\n

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.<\/p>\n

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) business development strategy and execution or 2+ years of sales experience.<\/p>\n

* A proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset.<\/p>\n

* Specific experience with business development and demand generation strategies and tactics (including inbound marketing, conversion rate optimization, event-based and account-based marketing, social media, conversational marketing & selling, lead nurturing, and paid media) preferred.<\/p>\n

* HubSpot (or similar marketing automation) and Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience.<\/p>\n

* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly. <\/p>\n

* B2B sales or marketing experience.<\/p>\n

* Multi-approach outbound methodologies.<\/p>\n

* Strong interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

* Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.<\/p>\n

* High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n

* Deep understanding and desire to help businesses grow better.<\/p>\n

* Prospecting sales expertise.<\/p>\n

* Experience managing the top of the sales funnel, to qualify prospects.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Education and\/or Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree required; one to two years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
