We are searching for a passionate and results-driven <strong>Community Manager<\/strong> to lead the day-to-day operations of our multi-family housing community in SC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this role, you will be at the heart of fostering a flourishing, well-maintained, and supportive living environment for residents. You&#8217;ll oversee a dedicated team, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with all housing regulations-all while creating a community resident are proud to call home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Lead and inspire your team, including hiring, training, and evaluating office and maintenance staff.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee leasing, marketing, renewals, and administrative functions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless financial operations, including accounts payable\/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency management.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with residents and handle tenant\/landlord relations, including conflict resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise property maintenance and ensure timely, high-quality service.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the property&#8217;s financial budget.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare key reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Take on special projects that enhance the community and drive operational success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>3+ years of property management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen, including budget management and accounting principles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with RealPage, OneSite, and JD Edwards (or similar property management software).<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership skills with direct supervisory experience.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating great living experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates accountability and reliability by taking full ownership of projects and outcomes, prioritizing precision and attention to detail, and approaching challenges with grit, resilience, and proactive problem-solving, while continuously engaging in learning and development to enhance performance;
