This role will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, supervising accounting staff, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of GAAP, and hands-on experience with <strong>QuickBooks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes<\/li>\n<li>Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review financial statements and management reports<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management<\/li>\n<li>Support audit and tax preparation activities<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and supervise accounting team members<\/li>\n<li>Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with QuickBooks<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional looking to lead a team and contribute to the financial success of a growing organization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZXBoaS4zMjEwOC4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">T1475978 &#8211;
