This on-site role supports one or more buildings and plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations through a blend of administrative and accounting support, while delivering exceptional service to tenants, clients, and team members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide superior customer service and serve as a reliable liaison between tenants, vendors, and property teams<\/li>\n<li>Support accounts payable and receivable functions, vendor invoicing, and expense tracking<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate lease documentation, certificates of insurance, access requests, and work orders<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital), prepare reports, and manage communications<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budget prep, reporting, and event coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ year experience in commercial real estate, office management, or property administration<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; adaptable to new tech<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits: <\/strong><em>Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
