This individual will serve as the technical authority for CMDB architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM adoption while ensuring high-quality configuration item (CI) data supports critical ITSM processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep ServiceNow expertise, strong integration and development experience, and a proven track record delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations. This role partners closely with infrastructure, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure CMDB accuracy, governance, and strategic alignment across the organization.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience implementing enterprise IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and service management solutions.<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience with responsibility for platform design, governance, and technical leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise across ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, CSM, SPM, GRC, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ServiceNow development skills, including scripting, workflow automation, custom application development, and platform configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, Service Graph Connectors, and other integration technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation as the primary architect, from design through deployment and support.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus experience working with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS and Azure.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, operations, security, service management, and business teams while driving CMDB governance and data quality initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Primary Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect and maintain the CMDB data model, CI relationships, governance framework, and Discovery ecosystem.<\/li>\n<li>Manage ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Service Mapping, integrations, and CMDB data quality processes.<\/li>\n<li>Establish CI lifecycle management, reconciliation, identification, ownership, and certification standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor CMDB health metrics, perform audits, and ensure data supports Incident, Problem, Change, and Case Management.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate infrastructure and asset data from platforms such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Infoblox, and Lansweeper.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot Discovery failures, reconciliation issues, and CMDB data conflicts.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the CMDB subject matter expert for technical and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Develop documentation, training materials, executive reporting, and support ServiceNow upgrade planning and testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/dGVjaHdhbC43NTM0Ny4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1475900_1790619346<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1475900_1790619346\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Raleigh, North Carolina","_application":"techwal.75347.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[228,187],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-133581","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
