This individual will own front-of-house operations while supporting office readiness, supplies, maintenance coordination, vendors, onboarding tours, internal events, and workplace communications. They will also serve as an onsite point of support for the North America remote service desk, assisting with Jira ticket triage and escalating issues when necessary. The environment is fast-paced, people-first, and hospitality driven, so they need someone proactive who can stay organized and operate effectively under pressure. This is an onsite, part time, 3-month contract working Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
