This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role that combines facilities support, office services, hospitality, inventory management, and workplace operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed to ensure the office operates efficiently.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Facilities &amp; Workplace Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct daily walkthroughs of multiple office floors to ensure workspaces, common areas, and employee amenities remain fully stocked, organized, and presentable.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels for office supplies, breakroom items, refreshments, and workplace consumables.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with purchasing and reordering as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Support workplace operations by proactively identifying and resolving office-related needs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with conference room readiness and general workplace organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hospitality &amp; Employee Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure employee kitchens, pantries, and refreshment areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with food preparation and presentation for employee snack and beverage stations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional internal customer service by responding promptly to workplace requests.<\/li>\n<li>Help create a positive and professional office environment for employees and visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Office Operations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support administrative and operational tasks through Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain tracking logs, inventory reports, and ordering records.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with various office projects and special assignments as business needs arise.<\/li>\n<li>Support light cleaning and upkeep of shared spaces, including wellness and fitness areas when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in facilities support, office services, workplace experience, hospitality, porter services, office coordination, or similar operational support roles.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable being on your feet for most of the workday and frequently walking throughout a multi-floor office environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing inventory, supplies, and workplace organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance recurring responsibilities with changing priorities and urgent requests.<\/li>\n<li>Positive, service-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate office environment.<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing inventory or supply ordering.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Background supporting fast-paced corporate or professional services environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h2>\n<p>We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and isn&#8217;t afraid to roll up their sleeves to help wherever necessary.
