The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced accounting environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and monitor customer invoices and payments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and customer account information.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on outstanding balances through phone, email, and written correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare aging reports and assist with collections efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor delinquent accounts and escalate collection issues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.<\/li>\n<li>Support audits and provide documentation as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or QuickBooks.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience processing high-volume invoices and payments.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify process improvements and enhance efficiencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZWRjLjUyODIxLjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">F8594837 &#8211;
