This role delivers concierge-level IT support while proactively monitoring systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience for users.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide remote white glove technical support for employees, executives, and VIP users.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, mobile device, and connectivity issues.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor IT systems, endpoints, and services to proactively identify and address issues before they impact users.<\/li>\n<li>Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, remote access, VPN connectivity, printers, and collaboration tools.<\/li>\n<li>Perform user account administration, password resets, access management, and device provisioning.<\/li>\n<li>Support video conferencing and virtual meeting technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize ticketing systems to document incidents, service requests, resolutions, and support activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application support teams to resolve complex technical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain ownership of support issues through resolution while providing timely user communication and updates.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h4>Required <\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of IT Support, Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting users in a corporate enterprise environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and common business technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD\/Entra ID, and user account administration.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize multiple support requests while meeting service level expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills with a white glove support mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGhpdHQuMTYxODguMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">T1476026-PHI_1790691785<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/T1476026-PHI_1790691785\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Philadelphia, Pennsylvania","_application":"phitt.16188.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[537,187],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-133615","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
