This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to get their foot in the door with a large organization, as many employees have successfully moved into other areas of the company after starting in this role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong customer service and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Quick learner with the ability to absorb new technology and processes<\/li>\n<li>Basic technical troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and able to take effective notes during training<\/li>\n<li>Help Desk, Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately 6 weeks of paid training<\/li>\n<li>All specific systems, including POS, will be taught on the job<\/li>\n<li>Training schedule will be more consistent initially, but candidates must still maintain schedule flexibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule &amp;
