This role will be responsible for ensuring properties operate efficiently and are maintained to exceptionally high standards through proactive vendor management, maintenance oversight, and project coordination. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of property, estate, or facilities management experience along with strong knowledge of building systems and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Greater Boston Area<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: In-Office<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Not Required<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day property operations across multiple sites; coordinating maintenance, repairs, preventative services, and improvement projects; managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers; monitoring building systems, inspections, and compliance requirements; maintaining budgets, records, and maintenance documentation; responding to property-related issues and urgent requests; and ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of property, estate, or facilities management experience; working knowledge of residential and commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical; strong vendor management and negotiation skills; excellent organizational and project coordination abilities;
