This position serves as a liaison between job seekers, employers, workforce partners, and community organizations to create meaningful employment opportunities and deliver supportive services that lead to long-term success.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships with participants and employers alike, providing individualized coaching and support while developing partnerships that connect individuals to career pathways, training opportunities, and sustainable employment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<h3>Participant Engagement &amp; Case Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct outreach, recruitment, intake assessments, and eligibility screenings for program participants.<\/li>\n<li>Develop individualized employment and action plans based on participant goals, skills, and barriers to employment.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing case management, coaching, and career guidance to support participant success and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor participant progress and adjust service plans as needed to achieve employment and self-sufficiency goals.<\/li>\n<li>Connect participants with supportive resources including workforce training, education, transportation, childcare, housing assistance, financial literacy services, and other community-based programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employment Development &amp; Employer Relations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with local employers, workforce agencies, training providers, and community partners.<\/li>\n<li>Identify job openings, internships, apprenticeships, work-based learning opportunities, and other career pathways for participants.<\/li>\n<li>Match qualified candidates with employment opportunities and facilitate referrals to employers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and identify talent solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain follow-up communication with employers and participants to support successful placements and retention outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Community Outreach &amp; Program Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the program at community meetings, career fairs, workforce events, and networking opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Support workshops focused on job readiness, interviewing, resume development, professionalism, and career advancement.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with community engagement initiatives and participant recruitment efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and service providers that support participant success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Documentation &amp;
