This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right fit and a strong opportunity for someone with litigation support experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a mix of legal and administrative support in a fast-paced law firm environment.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Seattle, WA 98104 &#8211; Hybrid schedule. The role will be fully in office for the first two weeks, then transition to two days per week in office after onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> open-ended, with the potential to convert direct hire<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hours: <\/strong>Full-time<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay: <\/strong>$34-$41\/hour, depending on experience<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>The firm is looking for a Legal Assistant with ideally 5+ years of experience in a legal setting and prior litigation experience. While insurance defense litigation experience is preferred, commercial litigation experience is considered highly transferable. The right person will be comfortable supporting attorneys with calendaring, court filings, document preparation, case management, and day-to-day administrative support while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Prior litigation experience required<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Insurance defense litigation experience preferred;
