This is an early-stage opportunity to join a growing healthcare startup as one of the first members of its patient care delivery team. The Patient Advocate will work directly with older adults and their families while helping build the workflows, processes, scripts, and escalation procedures that will shape how the organization delivers care as it scales.<\/p>\n

The role combines hands-on patient advocacy with the opportunity to help build a care model from the ground up. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a startup environment, taking ownership beyond a traditional job description, and turning real-world patient experiences into standardized processes that future team members can follow.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
