$24-$28\/hr &#8211; Linthicum, MD"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1476371DC-Temp_1790784069\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, professional membership organization is seeking a Publications Specialist to join their team on temporary to permanent basis in Linthicum, Maryland. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide editorial and operational support for publications, journals, newsletters, and web content<\/li>\n<li>Copyedit and proofread materials for accuracy, grammar, and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate publication schedules and support timely print and digital releases<\/li>\n<li>Manage website content updates and multimedia publication materials<\/li>\n<li>Support webinars, annual meeting materials, awards publications, and special projects<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with authors, physicians, editors, vendors, and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Track publication workflows and provide backup support across multiple projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of publishing, editorial, communications, or related experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong copyediting, proofreading, and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office required<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CMS platforms and Wrike preferred<\/li>\n<li>Medical, scientific, or scholarly publishing experience preferred but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: End of October<\/li>\n<li>Temp-to-Hire Opportunity<\/li>\n<li>$24-$28\/hr<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Salary: $66K-$68K<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday &amp;
