This individual will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently across multiple states while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience working with payroll systems, and the ability to manage payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll for employees across multiple states<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Maintain and update employee payroll records including earnings, taxes, and benefits<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Review and audit timesheets to ensure accuracy and proper approvals<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Ensure compliance with <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;\">federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">, particularly for multi-state employees<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Process payroll adjustments including retro pay, corrections, and off-cycle payments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations for the accounting team<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
