This position is ideal for an attorney with experience in corporate, real estate, banking, or other transactional matters who is interested in developing a long-term focus in commercial finance.<\/p>\n<p>The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of financing and corporate transactions while receiving direct mentorship from experienced finance attorneys.
