This role supports employees and managers across the U.S. and is responsible for a broad range of HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, compliance initiatives, HRIS updates, and people programs. This position will play a key role in onboarding, benefits administration, policy management, reporting, and organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR operations within a fast-paced environment and be comfortable balancing transactional HR responsibilities with process improvement efforts. margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">4+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, shared services, or generalist functions, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience independently managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and HR documentation, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience with HRIS platforms, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Workday experience, preferred.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">ADP Workforce Now experience, preferred.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\"><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
