This role will lead compensation strategy, benchmarking, job architecture, salary structures, and annual compensation programs. The position will partner closely with HR leadership to support compensation planning, market analysis, and an enterprise-wide Workday transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience building or enhancing compensation programs within a law firm or professional services environment and managing complex compensation projects. margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">5+ years of progressive compensation experience, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience leading annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, promotion, and incentive programs, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience with compensation benchmarking, market pricing, salary structures, and job evaluation, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience supporting compensation functions within a law firm or professional services organization, preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience with Workday or compensation-related HRIS implementations and optimization projects, preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">The salary for this role is $160K-$180K.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
