This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, support key financial reporting processes, and contribute to operational and accounting initiatives that drive business performance.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to identify trends and provide meaningful insights to management.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze financial results, costs, variances, and trends, providing recommendations and insights to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with operational teams to review and monitor monthly manufacturing and production-related expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare accruals and other journal entries in accordance with GAAP and company accounting policies.<\/li>\n<li>Complete detailed balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Support annual audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor requests.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with tax-related reporting and filing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support decision-making across the business.<\/li>\n<li>Help strengthen internal controls, accounting procedures, and process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with technology and systems teams to enhance accounting processes and reporting capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed on accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in special projects and other finance initiatives as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits, credits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Pivot Tables<\/li>\n<li>XLOOKUP\/VLOOKUP<\/li>\n<li>SUMIFS<\/li>\n<li>INDEX\/MATCH<\/li>\n<li>Conditional Formatting<\/li>\n<li>Data Validation<\/li>\n<li>Large dataset analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate financial information effectively to management and cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable preparing reports, presenting findings, and supporting business decisions through data analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Education &amp;
