The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail oriented. They offer great benefits, competitive salary, and flexible schedule.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist attorneys with civil litigation matters.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic case files.<\/li>\n<li>Manage deadlines, files, and other admin tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Organize, review, and summarize records, discovery materials, and case documents.<\/li>\n<li>Handle billing and time entry. <\/li>\n<li>Help manage the attorneys calendars. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients and attorneys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of legal assistant experience preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Eager to learn and apply yourself in a legal environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
