This role requires a strong technical accountant who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment, and identify discrepancies before they become larger issues.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and adjusting entries.<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciling items.<\/li>\n<li>Review revenue, expense, and account activity for completeness and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain supporting schedules and account analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with audit requests and preparation of supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor financial data integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with operational teams to investigate and resolve accounting issues.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting preferred.<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a high-volume transaction environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong account analysis and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with revenue and expense accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP\/VLOOKUP, and large data set analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Must be at least 18 years of age<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Must be authorized to work in the United States<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Must reside in and be able to commute to the Las Vegas Valley, NV<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZWxhcy45Mzk5My4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">NEW Sr. Acct &#8211;
