Preference for East Coast candidates)<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eligible states: <\/strong>California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington State, and Washington, D.C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration: <\/strong>Through January 2027, with the possibility of extension<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hours:<\/strong> 30 to 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must be available for some evening work, generally around <strong>7:30-8:00 PM Eastern<\/strong> to support clients across global time zones.<\/li>\n<li>Approximately <strong>once per week<\/strong>, there may be a later evening need around <strong>11:00 PM Eastern<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><strong>Concurrent employment:<\/strong> Not permitted<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $100 to $109\/hour, depending on experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Active U.S. bar license in good standing in your state of residence (must be an eligible office state listed above)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Approximately 10+ years of strong substantive commercial real estate transactional experience<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Direct economic incentives experience, such as tax credits, tax abatements, property tax incentives, discretionary incentives, site selection, grants, public financing, or other state and local development incentives<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Ability to work independently and step into substantive matters with minimal ramp-up<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening hours for global client needs<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Support sophisticated commercial real estate matters<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Handle acquisitions and dispositions<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Draft, review, and negotiate leases and related agreements<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Support real estate development matters<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Assist with economic incentives matters and related transactions<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Work with clients and attorneys across multiple global time zones<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/c2ZsdC43ODk0OC4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">LT1472643SF_1790986984<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/LT1472643SF_1790986984\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Manhattan, New York","_application":"sflt.78948.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[540,175],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-133879","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
