This candidate will be working roughly 20 hours a week. Mailroom experience is preferred, and a great opportunity to gain more experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Mail Room team to sort and review incoming mail daily.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and route related mail to the appropriate parties.<\/li>\n<li>Review correspondence and follow established procedures to determine next steps.<\/li>\n<li>Process newly received and existing returned mail according to company guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Create and track cases for customer requests received through mail.<\/li>\n<li>Update customer account records as needed to support mail processing and tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Collect incoming checks and coordinate with the Cashiering team for timely processing.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all mail-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and established procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve mail-related inquiries and processing issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required;
