This role partners closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders to build scalable programs, processes, and tools that attract, develop, and retain top talent.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Talent Acquisition<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead recruiting strategy, processes, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with recruiting teams on workforce planning and hard-to-fill positions.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee recruiting metrics, reporting, employer branding, and candidate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Support recruiting campaigns, community partnerships, and process improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Talent Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and manage enterprise talent development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Build career development resources and learning opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leaders to identify development needs and create learning solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support leadership development initiatives and skills-building programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and maintain the performance management process and annual cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Develop manager resources, training, and performance tools.<\/li>\n<li>Track performance trends and recommend improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Support calibration and talent review processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Succession Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead succession and continuity planning programs.<\/li>\n<li>Create tools for talent assessment, readiness planning, and critical role identification.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain talent review processes, reporting, and development planning resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Learning &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the organization&#8217;s learning management system (LMS).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate required and compliance training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop learning pathways and measure participation and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Support leadership and manager development initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance &amp;
