The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who understands the talent market, can develop effective sourcing strategies, and is highly organized and process-oriented.<\/div>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviewing, offer development, and offer acceptance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions, business needs, and required qualifications.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified talent.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Build strong candidate pipelines for entry-level through mid-level positions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Utilize digital platforms, social networks, community networks, and other sourcing channels.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Evaluate candidates against position requirements and organizational needs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Coordinate and manage the interview and assessment process.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Develop and negotiate competitive job offers.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Provide recruiting updates throughout the hiring lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records in the ATS.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support high-volume recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Analyze recruiting and HR data to help inform hiring strategies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Represent the organization at recruiting events as needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support recruiting projects and other talent acquisition initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\"><strong>2+ years of corporate\/in-house recruiting experience.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for entry-level through mid-level positions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Demonstrated success building meaningful candidate pipelines in high-volume environments.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong sourcing skills and understanding of where to identify talent in the market.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience writing targeted job postings and using social networks to identify and develop candidates.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong process management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\"><strong>Workday ATS experience.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Recruiting experience within healthcare or related industries.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience supporting commercial, manufacturing, scientific, corporate, clinical laboratory, or operations functions.<\/li>\n<li
