This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and employees, creating a positive and welcoming experience while maintaining building security procedures. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet, assist, and check in visitors, guests, and contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Create and issue visitor and contractor badges while ensuring compliance with building security procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with conference room scheduling and coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Provide general administrative and clerical support.<\/li>\n<li>Support onsite teams with various administrative assignments and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Submit and track facility maintenance requests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update building contact lists and site directories.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain site operations and concierge documentation as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate flexibility in responsibilities and work hours to support business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, administrative, or front desk experience required.<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college coursework or an associate degree is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a busy, customer-facing office environment preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach to work.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable sitting for extended periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and general computer applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h3>\n<p>The successful candidate will be a dependable, polished professional who enjoys interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service.
