Our client, located in Clearwater, FL, is seeking an experienced <strong>Accounts Payable (A\/P) Specialist<\/strong> to join their team on a project-based, temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an <strong>Accounts Payable (A\/P) Specialist<\/strong> who enjoys working with data, reconciling transactions, and supporting accounting operations.<\/p>\n<p>As the <strong>Accounts Payable (A\/P) Specialist<\/strong>, you will work alongside the accounting team helping to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and analyze large Excel reports<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve outstanding transactions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor open receipt activity and identify items requiring follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Assist with account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain records within the ERP system<\/li>\n<li>Support reporting accuracy and data cleanup initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution<\/li>\n<li>Perform various related A\/P duties as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an incredible opportunity to work for a stable and growing organization while gaining exposure to a large accounting environment and valuable ERP experience.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for this specific position, you would need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of Accounts Payable experience<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply!
