This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Payroll, combining strong functional payroll knowledge with hands-on technical experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">The ideal candidate has deep experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, payroll processing, Fast Formulas, payroll elements, BI Publisher, data loads, integrations, and troubleshooting<\/span>. This person will work closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Compensation, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Technology teams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who can come in, contribute quickly, document existing processes, and help strengthen the team&#8217;s Oracle HCM Payroll knowledge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Serve as an SME for <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\"> and end-to-end U.S. payroll processing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Troubleshoot payroll processing, calculation, tax, costing, balance, retroactive processing, and reconciliation issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Configure and maintain <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">payroll elements, element eligibility, input values, balances, Fast Formulas, lookup values, and value sets<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Design, configure, test, document, and implement Oracle HCM enhancements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Support payroll production cycles and resolve production issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Develop and troubleshoot <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Query Oracle HCM tables and data structures for troubleshooting, reconciliation, and reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Support integrations between Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, UKG, and external vendors using <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Test Oracle HCM configurations, integrations, patches, and quarterly updates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Identify defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and partner with technical and functional teams through resolution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, testing results, and production support materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
