This role combines software development, test automation, and ERP domain expertise to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical business applications.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP development, automated testing, and CI\/CD practices, with the ability to contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that partners closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive quality and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and quality engineering solutions for ERP applications.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enhance CI\/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute ERP testing strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.<\/li>\n<li>Validate complex ERP configurations, workflows, integrations, and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Test integrations between ERP platforms and connected systems including CRM, MDM, data warehouses, and third-party applications.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance across multiple systems.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure application quality.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on quality engineering best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in software development and quality engineering.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience working with ERP systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ERP development background and understanding of enterprise business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience participating throughout the full software development lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building test automation frameworks and CI\/CD pipelines from the ground up.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Agile\/Scrum development methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Technical Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>CI\/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions<\/li>\n<li>UI automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks<\/li>\n<li>API testing tools including Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>SQL and database validation testing<\/li>\n<li>ERP testing, workflow validation, and integration testing<\/li>\n<li>Data reconciliation and cross-system validation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Infor M3\/M4 environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, finance, manufacturing, or supply chain business processes<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Salesforce, Revenue Cloud, or CRM integrations<\/li>\n<li>Experience with test data management and environment management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms<\/li>\n<li>ISTQB or related testing certifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We&#8217;re
