This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple projects, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.<\/p>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage customer accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quotes and ensure orders move through the process accurately<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on track<\/li>\n<li>Monitor deadlines and proactively resolve issues before they become problems<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong client relationships and support retention efforts<\/li>\n<li>Track account activity and provide updates as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of customer success, account management, client services, or related experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities<\/li>\n<li>Proactive problem-solving mindset<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel<\/li>\n<li>Printing industry experience is a plus but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Candidate<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Independent and self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Fast learner with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented and collaborative<\/li>\n<li>Customer-focused with a professional demeanor<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schedule &amp;
