This position will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounts payable function, including invoice processing, expense report review, vendor maintenance, payment processing, and corporate card reconciliations. The ideal candidate will bring strong Accounts Payable experience, exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on expertise with Concur.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and manage invoices from receipt through payment, including coding review, approval validation, and purchase order matching.<\/li>\n<li>Review and process employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor invoice queues and approval workflows to support timely vendor payments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain vendor records, including vendor setup, W-9 collection, ACH information, and ongoing updates.<\/li>\n<li>Support scheduled payment runs, employee reimbursements, ACH transactions, and vendor payments.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor and internal department inquiries, providing professional and timely customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile corporate American Express and other corporate card accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze recurring payments, accruals, and payment activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Sales &amp;
